ALON USA developed a unique and proprietary fleet fueling technology that allows fleet drivers to quickly and efficiently fuel their vehicle at designated ALON gas stations. ALON named this technology Advanced Vehicle Intelligent Identification (AVII) As long as the vehicle fitted with a proprietary 'ring' on the fuel tank the vehicle driver can fuel up their vehicle without the need for cash or credit. Advancement Branding was tasked with developing the brand positioning and strategy, which was to reinforce the technology intelligence, simplicity of use and payment security benefits. The new AVII logo was designed using a circle symbolizing the simplicity of the technology and the physical ring that is placed in the vehicle for fueling purposes. The angled II within the AVII represents the forward and cutting edge technology not found anywhere else in the petroleum industry. The final result is a clearly defined brand that will soon be launched into the retail petroleum environment.
